Hersheys Ultimate Chocolate Brownies!! Happy Birthday Sis! How old are you???

It was my sisters birthday this week thats why we went to Austin. I cant say how old she was turning because she would kill me but anyways Happy -- Birthday Sis!!! She loves these brownies so I figured I would make them for her being the super kind sister that I am. These really are the shizznits :) Try them if you dont believe me!

Heres what you need for the brownies! All but the water and salt you will get used to the fact that I never picture salt and the water.
3/4 cup Hersheys Cocoa I prefer Dark but use whatever you like :)
1/2 tsp of baking soda
2/3 cup butter melted and divided
1/2 cup boiling water
2 cups of Sugar
2 eggs
1 1/3 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp of salt
1 cup Hersheys Chocolate Chips once again I prefer Dark Chocolate

Heat oven to 350 F. Grease a 13 x 9 inch baking pan or two 8 inch square baking pans. I used 1 8 inch and 1 9 inch because thats what I had and they worked :) I did two because I brought one to my sister for her birthday since these are her favorites and I made another one because they happen to be my boyfriends favorite too so it all worked out well.

First, stir together cocoa and baking soda in a large bowl. Stir in 1/3 cup of butter.

Add boiling water, stir until mixture thickens.

Stir in sugar, eggs, and remaining 1/3 cup butter, stir until smooth.

Add Flour, vanilla and salt, blend completely.

Stir in your chocolate chips. Then pour into your prepared pan or pans and bake for 35-40 mins for the rectangular pan, 30-35 mins for the square pans or until brownies begin to pull away from the sides of pans. Cool completely in pans on wire rack.

Heres what you need for the One-Bowl Hershey Buttercream Frosting:
6 tbsp butter or margine softened
2 2/3 cups of powdered sugar
1/2 cup Hersheys Cocoa Powder
4-6 Tbsp milk
1 tsp of Vanilla

I tottally forgot to take pics of the process of making the icing but its easy all in one bowl so heres what you all you do...you just beat the butter in medium bowl. Add the powdered sugar and cocoa alternately with milk, beating to spreading consistency. Stir in Vanilla. Then you icing your brownies and if you are feeling very chocolatey chipey add some to the top. Now this is a brownie!!! Thanks Hershey!!!
