New Years Eve HUGE Sugar Cookie

For New Years Eve I just made two desserts this year. This is our Clock :) Its a big Sugar Cookie. Super Simple. I just bought a roll of Sugar cookie dough at the store and spread it out onto a greased pizza pan. Cooked for about 10 minutes. I let it cool completely then I made a double batch of You don't really need to double this but I liked putting a lot on and I did still have some left :) Once that dried which I let it dry for 2 hrs. I then just used  Wilton's Black Decorating Icing and wrote the numbers around the clock and 2013 :) I have the messiest handwriting so please excuse how the numbers look! I hope you all had a fantastic New Years Eve!

Sugar Cookie Icing
1 cup Confectioners Sugar
2 Tsp Milk
2 Tsp light corn Syrup
1/4 Tsp Vanilla Extract if you want your icing just White use Clear Vanilla :)
Food Coloring
1.In a small bowl, stir together confectioners sugar and milk until smooth. Beat in Corn Syrup and Vanilla Extract until the icing is smooth and glossy. If your icing is too thick, add more corn syrup.
If you are going to color the icing add the food coloring and mix in.
Remember if you want a thick covering you might want to double this recipe :)
